Default Multimedia Messages - MMS for US & Canada
Saw this app as a free option to send MMS in the US and Canada. Haven't tested it out, but I figured I would pass this along to the masses who are asking for MMS.

NOTE - This app only claims to send MMS. Receiving it will still be the same convoluted way as before.
