What do you guys think of this? Still a bummer you have to go into the store... but what can you do...

I'm thinking they should have done this on launch day. I wouldn't have waited 1.5 hours in line.

Though like you, I didn't have too bad of a wait. The people who came a hour later.... that's a whole different story.

Better late than never. That's going to cut down a lot wait time. It's more like "buy online and pick up in store" option offered by many retailers like bestbuy and circuitcity. Haven't been to an apple store for a while, I wonder if people still have to wait on line for the iphone.
